Reiki

Reiki is intended to change and balance the energy in and around your body by unblocking your chakras. As a result this can lift your mood, improve sleep patterns, and boost your energy levels, amongst many other benefits.

Three Principles

The three Principles workshop is about Mind, Consciousness and Thought. Our moods are our spirit level, our measure of connection to consciousness.

Anxiety

Here we will explore the differences of anxiety and anxious thinking, including ways to quickly reduce anxious thoughts in the moment.

Resilience

The mind and body have its own guidance system to how we live our life. We don’t always tune into that. Stress, low moods and anxieties kick in, which is how we forget our inner strength and alignment of the mind, body and soul.

Hello, my name is Sarah.

I am a Transformation Coach and Holistic Therapist.

After following a career in Sales for over 20 years, I have found my calling, as a Coach and Mentor.


With years of experience in the corporate world, Selling, Mentoring and Coaching, I can now offer the ultimate packages for transformation coaching with relaxation techniques through mindfulness and targeted workshops. Stress reduction and healing of the mind, body and soul is at the heart of all businesses to achieve optimum mental health and wellbeing for all staff.
I offer one on one coaching, team coaching, workshops, and corporate days. You will be able to take away tips and tricks for ongoing stress management, Resilience and mindfulness.


I have seen and experienced many of the stresses we all go through in life, along with those we shouldn’t have to endure, which assists me to help you deal with grief, work stress, family, home life stresses and past traumas with both professionalism and empathy.


My aim is to treat each client to their individual needs, restoring equilibrium using the power of coaching, energy healing and mindfulness practice.

Relationship Coaching

"Since we have been in the lockdown situation as a Level 2 Assessor I have been volunteering with Discharge Liasion for elderly patients back into nursing homes or into self isolation.   I have also been working with nursing homes by providing PPE and assessing current requirments for patients.  Normally this is just an every day thing for me, but over the past 6 weeks I have struggled with dealing with the onset of people dying, those being in tremendous pain and separated from loved ones.   Sarah has been at the end of the phone and whatsapp for me to let me understand where my anxieties have come from and how to deal with mental aspects of end of life and helping familes through this by only being able to talk on a phone.   Her guidance has been invaluable to me and has helped me relax enough to sleep and not wake up at 2am every morning with a sense of foreboding hanging over me.   I don’t know how she does it but am I glad she does – healthcare was my life for over 25 yrs and when I stepped back into it I was not ready for the mental anguish that I would suddenly face and again with Sarahs expertise we have looked at where the future in my career may lie and how I can transition back into my Mediations and legal work.   For me she has been amazing, and I cannot thank her enough by keeping me somewhat sane through these weeks."
